AirSculpt cost by body area in 2026, how it compares with the average liposuction price, what the quote excludes, and Turkey's official price floor.
AirSculpt cost starts at about $6,000 for a small area on the provider's own published pricing, and the ranges quoted across the market in September 2026 run from roughly $3,000 for a single small area to $25,000 for multi-area work. That is two to four times the average American liposuction fee, and the gap is what this article prices out — area by area, and against the alternatives.

This article is for information only and is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. AirSculpt® is a registered trademark of its owner and refers to that company's patented laser-assisted body contouring procedure; Livist Medical is not affiliated with it and does not offer it. Figures below are published ranges observed on 13 September 2026 and change over time.
There is no single AirSculpt price, because the procedure is sold per treated area and priced per clinic. The provider's own pricing page states that AirSculpt pricing for small areas begins at $6,000 plus the surgical fee. Across the other pages ranking for AirSculpt cost in September 2026, the quoted ranges cluster like this.
| Published figure | What it refers to |
|---|---|
| From $6,000 + surgical fee | Small area, provider's own published starting price |
| $5,000 – $11,000 per area | Typical per-area range quoted by US clinics |
| $3,000 – $15,000+ | Whole-market range depending on area treated |
| ≈ $12,525 average, $6,000 – $25,000 | Multi-area cases as quoted by one US practice |
| $4,000 – $8,000 | Common areas such as abdomen or flanks in the US |
Two honest caveats before you use any of these numbers. First, a starting price is not a quote: the AirSculpt cost you are given depends on how many areas you treat and who treats them. Second, prices posted on clinic blogs are marketing pages, not a tariff — they are directional, and the only binding number is the one on your own written estimate.
Every body contouring procedure is priced by how much tissue is treated and how long the surgeon spends treating it, which is why AirSculpt cost for arms or a chin sits at the bottom of the range and the stomach sits near the top. The same logic applies to a breast or chest area, where the tissue is denser and the work slower.
This is also why searching "AirSculpt near me" produces such different numbers from one city to the next: the cost follows the local market rate for surgeon time, and the AirSculpt cost reviews people trade on Reddit reflect that. One widely surfaced thread quotes around $7,500 for a double chin — a patient-reported figure, not a price list, and the kind of number worth checking against a written estimate rather than a forum.
The benchmark that matters here is published by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons: "The average cost of liposuction is $4,711, according to the latest statistics from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons." And critically, "This average surgeon's fee is only part of the total price – it does not include anesthesia, operating room facilities or other related expenses."
So the honest comparison is not $6,000 against $4,711. It is a starting AirSculpt price for one small area against an average national surgeon's fee for liposuction, both of which sit before anaesthesia and facility costs. Read that way, AirSculpt is positioned as a premium version of a procedure whose clinical purpose is identical: removing localised fat deposits, not losing weight.
On that clinical purpose, ASPS is unambiguous about what any of these procedures can do: "Liposuction is not a treatment for obesity or a substitute for proper diet and exercise," and "It is also not an effective treatment for cellulite." No price tier changes that sentence.
Before comparing any two quotes, make them describe the same thing. An AirSculpt price and a liposuction price are rarely built from the same parts, and the difference usually hides in the lines nobody reads.
What a premium fat-removal price buys is technique and setting: local anaesthesia rather than general, a patented device, and a marketing promise of a faster return to normal life. What it does not buy is a different biology. Mayo Clinic's account of fat removal results applies to every version of it — results "usually last a long time if you maintain your weight", and weight gained afterwards redistributes elsewhere.
It also does not remove the documented risks that come with removing fat surgically: contour irregularities, seroma, numbness, infection, internal puncture, fat embolism, kidney and heart problems from fluid shifts, and lidocaine toxicity, with risk rising as the treated area grows or procedures are combined. Anyone deciding whether AirSculpt is worth the money should price the revision scenario as seriously as the first procedure — see what an uneven result after fat removal actually involves.
Turkey is the one market in this comparison that publishes a binding minimum price for international patients, which makes it the only figure here that is not marketing. Under the Ministry of Health's health-tourism tariff (annex EK-2, in force 16 February 2026, amended 28 July 2026), laser or VASER-assisted liposuction is code S101770 with a floor of 72,600 TL, and conventional single-area liposuction is code S101740 at 42,675 TL.
| Procedure in the official tariff | Floor (TL) | ≈ USD |
|---|---|---|
| Laser / VASER-assisted liposuction (S101770) | 72,600 TL | $1,499 |
| Conventional liposuction, one area (S101740) | 42,675 TL | $881 |
| Each additional area (S101741) | 21,300 TL | $440 |
| Widespread liposuction (S101760) | 51,225 TL | $1,058 |
Converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye buying rate of 11 September 2026 (1 USD = 48.4305 TL), the rate the regulation itself binds prices to. These are floors for the surgery, before anaesthesia, hospital fees, hotel and transfers — and they are minimums, not quotes. Used properly, the number cuts both ways: it tells you what a credible Turkish quote cannot go below, and it shows why an energy-assisted procedure priced in the five figures elsewhere is a market position rather than a medical necessity.
If that is the comparison you are actually making, the detail sits in our guides to 360 liposuction cost and 360 liposuction recovery time, and in the 360-degree liposuction package.
The useful question is not what AirSculpt costs, but what your own case needs: how many areas, what your skin can do afterwards, and whether fat removal is the right operation at all. Send photographs and your goal, and a named contracted doctor will tell you whether you are a candidate, which technique fits, and what it costs before you commit to anything.
