Plastic SurgeryHow to tighten face skin by degree of sagging: retinol and SPF, radiofrequency and ultrasound, or a facelift. What works, what doesn't and what it costs.

How much is a boob job in 2026? US totals run $5,000–$12,500, UK £3,500–£8,000 and Turkey $2,800–$5,500. Full cost breakdown, implants and lift.
A boob job costs $5,000–$12,500 in the US (most pay about $7,000–$8,000 all-in); the ASPS average of $4,875 is the surgeon's fee only. The NHS puts the UK cost at £3,500–£8,000. All-inclusive packages in Turkey typically cost $2,800–$5,500, or $4,200–$7,500 with a breast lift. Silicone adds $1,000–$1,500 over saline; implant size does not change the price. Implants are not lifetime devices: in a 10-year study, 81.8% of augmentation patients still had an original implant. Silicone implants require age 22+, saline 18+.

A boob job (breast augmentation) costs $5,000 to $12,500 in the United States, and most patients pay around $7,000 to $8,000 all-in. The often-quoted $4,875 average from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons covers only the surgeon's fee. In the UK the NHS puts the cost at £3,500 to £8,000, while all-inclusive packages in Turkey typically cost $2,800 to $5,500.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports an average of $4,875 for breast augmentation with implants and $5,719 with fat grafting. ASPS is clear that this is only part of the price: it excludes anesthesia, operating room facilities and other related expenses (ASPS). Once those are added, the all-in US total lands between $5,000 and $12,500.
| Boob job cost component (US) | Typical range |
|---|---|
| Surgeon's fee | $3,500 – $6,000 |
| Implants (pair) | $700 – $2,500 |
| Operating facility fee | $1,000 – $3,000 |
| Anesthesia fee | $800 – $1,500 |
| Post-op essentials (medication, compression bra) | $200 – $500 |
| Total boob job cost | $5,000 – $12,500 (most pay ~$7,000 – $8,000) |

Saline is the budget option, at roughly $6,000 to $7,500 in total. Silicone usually adds $1,000 to $1,500, and highly cohesive "gummy bear" implants add $2,000 to $3,000. Implant size does not change the price.
If the breasts sag after weight loss or breastfeeding, volume alone rarely gives the right shape. Combining augmentation with a breast lift raises the US total to $11,000 to $15,000 or more. Augmentation with a lift is also one of the procedures combined in a mommy makeover in Turkey.
The NHS says cosmetic breast enlargement costs around £3,500 to £8,000 in the UK, and that this usually does not include consultations or follow-up care. Any future corrective surgery is also paid for by the patient (NHS).
All-inclusive breast augmentation in Turkey typically costs $2,800 to $5,500 for augmentation alone, and $4,200 to $7,500 with a lift:
| Boob job type in Turkey | Price range (USD) |
|---|---|
| Standard augmentation with implants | $2,800 – $4,200 |
| Premium / highly cohesive implants | $4,000 – $5,600 |
| Augmentation with fat transfer | $3,300 – $5,000 |
| Augmentation + breast lift | $4,200 – $7,500 |
Ranges as shown in Google's AI Overview for "how much is a boob job in turkey", October 2026. Packages usually bundle the surgery and anesthesia, implants with a manufacturer warranty, 1–2 nights in hospital, 4–6 hotel nights, airport and clinic transfers, a compression bra, medication and an interpreter. Flights are almost never included.
For reference, the Livist Medical breast augmentation with silicone implants package is listed at €3,130 (about $3,506) all-inclusive, and the breast augmentation and lift package at €3,720 (about $4,166), converted at 1 EUR = 1.12 USD on 23 October 2026.

The NHS is direct: breast implants do not last a lifetime, and some women need further surgery around 10 years after their operation, either because of an implant problem or because the breasts have changed. Budget for that possibility from day one.
Some of the best long-term data come from the 10-year Core Study of 715 women, whose interim results supported US FDA approval of silicone implants in 2006:
| Boob job outcome at 10 years | Result |
|---|---|
| Augmentation patients still with an original implant | 81.8% |
| Capsular contracture (augmentation) | 18.9% |
| Capsular contracture — implant under the muscle | 15.7% |
| Capsular contracture — implant over the muscle | 26.3% |
| Rupture on MRI (per patient / per implant) | 13.0% / 7.7% |
| Augmentation patients satisfied with their implants | 94.2% |
The NHS lists implant-specific risks including thick scarring, capsular contracture (the breast feels hard as scar tissue tightens), rupture, creases or rippling, the implant rotating, changes in nipple sensation and slightly lower milk supply when breastfeeding. General surgical risks include bleeding, blood clots, infection and allergic reactions. A lower price is never worth a less experienced surgeon.
Recovery guidance from the NHS. Turkish packages typically include 4–6 hotel nights after surgery.
According to ASPS, US regulations require women to be 22 or older for silicone gel implants, while saline implants are available for augmentation from age 18 (ASPS).
Surgeons also plan shape, not just size. An analysis of 100 breasts judged attractive found the same four features in all of them, the best known being a 45:55 ratio between the upper and lower part of the breast, with the nipple pointing slightly upward at about 20° (Mallucci and Branford, 2012).
