He practices at Medipol Bahçelievler University Hospital in Istanbul and previously served as Head of the Department of Medical Oncology at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine. He is an active member of the Turkish Medical Oncology Association, ASCO and ESMO, and his research focuses on lung, breast and gastrointestinal cancers.
